This governs the manner in which Texas Rubber Tracks collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (each, a “User”) of the texasrubbertracks.com website (“Site”).

We may collect personal identification information from site users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when users visit our site, register on the site, place an order, fill out a form, subscribe to the newsletter and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Site. Users may be asked for, as appropriate, name, email address, mailing address, phone number, and their credit card information. Email and Phone Number May be  use for Marketing Purposes, Users automatically Opt-in for this once he/she Purchase the items, Submit the Form for Quote or Chat With our team member online. He / She can opt-out by himself/herself from Email or SMS campaign at Any time in Future.

The email address users provide for order processing will only be used to send them information and updates pertaining to their order. It may also be used to respond to their inquiries, and/or other requests or questions. If a user decides to opt-in to our mailing list, they will receive emails that may include company news, updates, related product or service information, etc. If at any time the user would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, we include detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email or user may contact us via our site.

Defective Merchandise Policy

Upon receipt of your order, if any of your items are not in proper working order and it appears to be a manufacturers’ defect or your order is missing parts and/or components – call customer service at 1-886-778-8300 to speak with a representative and initiate the claim process. Return freight is still the responsibility of the customer pending claim investigation. If the manufacturer’s defect claim is approved, all shipping and related fees will be promptly refunded by Texas Rubber Tracks. You have 14 days from receipt of shipment to file a defective parts claim.

Order Cancellation Policy

In the event that you decide to cancel your order with Texas Rubber Tracks and notification of cancellation is received before your order leaves the warehouse – you will not be penalized with any fees and your payment will be refunded to you within 1 business day.

If the order that you would like to cancel has shipped from the warehouse, you will be responsible for all return freight charges and will also be subject to a 20% restocking fee upon receipt of goods. Your refund (less the 20% restocking fee) will be returned to you within 1 business day.

Warranty Time Limitations — By Product Type

MINI EXCAVATOR
Mini Excavator Rubber Tracks are covered for a period of 24 months. The first 12 months are replacement warranty, and the remaining 12 months is prorated.

SKID STEER / COMPACT TRACK LOADER
Skid Steer/CTL Rubber Tracks are covered for a period of 24 months. The first 6 months are replacement warranty, and the remaining 18 months is prorated.

DIRECTIONAL RILLS
Directional Drill Rubber Tracks are covered for a period of 24 months. The first 6 months are replacement warranty, and the remaining 18 months is prorated.

CRAWLER DUMPER
Crawler Dumper Rubber Tracks are covered for a period of 24 months. The first 6 months are replacement warranty, and the remaining 18 months is prorated.

Texas Rubber Tracks warrants to the original purchaser that the product will be free from manufacturing defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 24 months from the date of the original purchase. If within the 24 months from the original date of purchase the product fails due to defect in material or workmanship, the purchaser must contact Texas Rubber Tracks Customer Service Department and provide a description of the defective part, including pictures, with the original purchase documentation as validation of warranty coverage date. Defective components must be returned to the manufacturer freight prepaid as requested under the terms of this warranty. The cost for freight of all warrantee parts from Texas Rubber Tracks shall be the responsibility of the purchaser.

Claim Procedure

Our 2 Year Limited Warranty grants our customers full product replacement on all of our new rubber tracks and undercarriage parts when the following criteria are submitted along with the Texas Rubber Tracks Warranty form:

A copy of the original invoice, along with the make, model, and year of the equipment, as well as the following pictures:

– Picture of the serial number(s) (stamped on the inside of the track)

– Picture of the complete track on the machine

– Picture of the defect

– Picture of the track size (stamped on the inside of the track)

– Picture of the work area where the machine was being operated

Please refer to your owner’s manual for information regarding part replacement guidelines for your specific type of machine. Texas Rubber Tracks recommends replacement of any visibly worn undercarriage part or any undercarriage part which has been used in excess of 1,000 hours.

This warranty does not cover or apply to:

(a) Damage or premature failure due to operator misuse, mishandling, or abuse

(b) Products not used in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions or recommendations

(c) Product not installed according to manufacturer’s instructions,

(d) Normal wear and tear

(e) Products used in demolition or recycling applications

(f) Products used in abusive environments

*Please note that warranty claims may be void if there is any indication of product abuse, improper installation of parts, improper track tension, improper matching of new/used product, or product use on equipment with an excessively worn undercarriage.

Shipping Damages Policy

If you receive products from Texas Rubber Tracks and the shipment occurs to have been damaged in transit, please ensure that you keep all packaging materials as well as paperwork associated with your delivery. These items are required by shipping intermediaries to file any claims related to shipping damage. If the product does not appear to function properly because of damage that occurred during shipment, call 1-886-778-8300 to initiate a shipping damage claim with us. We will need to contact the shipping intermediary and verify to them that the original paperwork and packaging is available for the investigation. Upon claim approval from the shipping intermediary, we will ship out replacement product(s) immediately at no cost to you.

Please note, if the shipping damages claim is denied by the shipping intermediary – we will be unable to offer a refund on the goods associated with the claim. 

This website is provided “as is”, without any representation or warranties, express or implied. While Texas Rubber Tracks offers Two-Year Limited Warranties on most of its products, Texas Rubber Tracks makes no representations or warranties in relation to this website or the information and materials provided on this website.

Texas Rubber Tracks reserves the right to cancel an order and refund a customer’s money because of pricing errors, or for any reason, such as out-of-stock parts.

Texas Rubber Tracks has the discretion to update these Terms and conditions at any time. We encourage users to frequently check this page for any changes to stay informed. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review these Terms and conditions periodically and become aware of modifications.

Rubber Tracks Pattern Policy
Rubber Tracks Patterns may or may not be exactly as shown in images of website, R&D sometimes changes the track patterns to create better products. Contact us anytime to request an image of the pattern we have in stock, or email us at sales@texasrubbertracks.com your desired track pattern for an exact match.
